Business Transfer Notice

Effective 17 November 2025, Fideuram Asset Management UK Limited (“FAM UK”) has transferred its business to Eurizon SLJ Capital Limited (“EC SLJ”) under the terms of a Business Transfer Agreement.
This transition is part of a broader reorganization of the Group’s Wealth Management Division in the United Kingdom.
